Country Club Community Outreach Center
Why Should You Trust Us?
The Country Club Community Outreach Center exists for those who already care — parents, families, partners, and supporters — who want to understand our heart, our values, and our accountability.
We believe trust is earned through action, stewardship, and faithfulness — not words alone.
We exist to transform grassroots social and community challenges into a safe, structured space where the love of God can enrich the lives of every individual — regardless of personal beliefs.
Our mission is twofold:
We meet families where they are, support youth as they grow, and plant seeds that impact generations.
The Country Club Community Outreach Center is committed to strengthening youth, families, and the community by nurturing spiritual growth, academic development, social connection, and emotional well-being. Through safe spaces, structured programs, and mentorship, we equip individuals and families with the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to grow, lead, and thrive.
We are guided by biblical truth, community responsibility, and the belief that every child has purpose and potential.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
Our long-term impact is not just measured by programs completed, but by lives transformed and faith awakened.
Our work is grounded in the following values:
We lead with faith, humility, and love in all we do.
Every child deserves guidance, structure, and encouragement to reach their potential.
We plant seeds of faith through example, mentorship, and service.
We operate with transparency, responsibility, and stewardship.
We believe collaboration strengthens impact and multiplies reach.
We serve:
Our doors are open to all, and our standards are rooted in care, safety, and purpose.
What sets the Country Club Community Outreach Center apart:
We don’t just host programs — we walk alongside families.
The Country Club Community Outreach Center is led by individuals who are committed to serving the community with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Our team brings together leadership, service, outreach, administration, and community engagement to support youth, families, and the broader community.
Provides overall leadership, vision, and direction for the organization, helping guide its mission and impact in the community.
At the heart of the organization is Rodney Harrington, Director, a retired First Sergeant (1SG) in the United States Army and Veteran with over 23 years of honorable service. He is also a graduate with a degree in Business Management.
Throughout his military career, he demonstrated a deep commitment to leadership, discipline, and the development of others—values he now brings into the community.
Rodney is a man of faith, grounded in Christian principles, with a genuine passion for strengthening families, mentoring youth, and serving the community. His leadership is driven not by titles, but by purpose—guided by a desire to create safe, structured spaces, inspire growth, and impact lives in a meaningful and lasting way.
With a heart for service and a vision rooted in faith, he leads the center with integrity, compassion, and an unwavering belief that lives can be transformed through love, structure, and community support.
